Why we started our own agency

After years running what are considered to be accepted standards for “great” media campaigns, we realized that a more meaningful business impact could be made for our clients through the proper operations model and use of technology. We believed we could create actual and measurable results that surpass any prior investment performance because of this unique and risky idea. To do that, we had to throw the traditional agency model out the window. For 15% or less which is what most media agencies compete on, we can’t hire the best people, give them unlimited hours and a blank canvas to be truly passionate about what they do. We figured out instead that if you give the best talent all the freedom and accountability to perform, and remove all the obstacles to delivering the best results, they actually can do better work, and they actually love doing it this way, they are more inspired, engaged and enlightened… and that directly ties to our performance ability.

We have also invested heavily into understanding the digital analytics and media ecosystem, aligning with best-in-class partners to execute and ultimately collecting and utilizing data that shows a real and true business impact and return. Our results are proven, and our methodology is clearly galvanized based on the results we have driven. We invest in your outcomes, hold ourselves and you - our partner accountable, and we both enjoy the success that follows.

About the Team

Todd Juneau - Co-Founder/CEO

Digital has been a part of Todd’s professional career since its early inception. Todd began his career in the late 90’s and rode the early .com wave. Soon after that crashed Todd ventured into various agency and client-side roles and eventually embarked on his first agency start-up’s with his now partner and co-founder Kelly Maguire. Today Vujà Dé Digtal represents their newest vision in digital consulting and innovative business growth initiatives for an intimate and exclusive list of supported partners.

Of personal interest, Todd dedicates his non-work time to participating as much as possible in a variety of sports, Yoga and other training, or watching his kids compete in sports. Todd is passionate about the ocean and eventually plans to sail to exotic destinations to chase waves and learn about foreign cultures.

Kelly Maguire - Co-Founder/Strategy

Kelly brings strategic insights and leading edge thinking to maximize impact of all the agency’s digital efforts. Possessing a strong passion for all things digital and a true belief in the ever evolving beast that is the web, Kelly understands the difficulty but importance of staying ahead of the curve in the digital space. Kelly focuses his efforts on being aware of the coming innovations that will change the game for advertisers. This approach allows Kelly to be a unique and valuable resource in producing winning plans and developing cutting edge digital strategies.

When Kelly is not developing ideas for growing businesses, he is slightly obsessed with playing and watching soccer and rooting for his favorite team, Arsenal (don’t hold that against him!)


Stuart Fish - Chief Financial Officer/COO

Stuart brings over 25 years of Financial Expertise to Vuja De Digital. He started his career at KPMG, one of the worlds largest CPA firms.

Stuart is the Gate Keeper for all things Financial at Vuja De Digital. As CFO, he oversees the day to day finances as well as planning, budgeting, contracts and safeguarding its assets. Stuart's keen eye is used extensively on all client agreements going out for signature and negotiating all contracts with outside vendors to ensure the agency and its clients best interest are always a top priority.

When not at the office, you can find him running the beaches of Del Mar with his boxer Aloha, SUPing, Yoga and Pilates.

Stuart volunteers for numerous charities including Children's Hospital Oncology Department, Athletes Helping Athletes and the Challenged Athletes Foundation.

He is active in his community of Del Mar and sits on the board of the Del Mar Farmers Market.

Marc Vill - VP, Strategic Partnerships

Marc is a highly accomplished business development executive with multiple successes in digital media, paid search, paid social, data and analytics, tactics, enterprise software, mobile, programmatic, connected TV, video, and social platforms. He is a performance oriented leader with multiple wins in early-stage and fast growth companies, several resulting in a change-of-control. Over 20 years leading strategic partnerships leadership, business development and marketing teams. Hands-on orientation with a very strong record of driving marketing strategy, sales, and business direction for leading public and private companies, visionary in strategic leadership and business development.

On a personal note, Marc is about as dedicated to his love for his German Shepard as one can be. Enjoying life in Laguna Beach and all it has to offer, Marc and his pet pal cruise around the beaches and on the trails in the nearby foothills.


Heather Ditmars - Director, Account Services

Heather is a people person first and foremost. She finds true value and joy in the connections she makes with her clients, peers and leaders, which is why she loves her role as our Director of Account Services.

Heather came to Vuja De Digital with years of Account Management experience, working for brands like L'Oreal, CLARINS, Perricone MD as well as running her own business, She Goes Global, which she started while backpacking around the world. Heather is a yoga loving, travel obsessed, animal lover who plans to see every country on Earth (she's already checked off thirty-seven countries across four continents).  

You can usually find Heather at the office working side by side with her BFF, Aloha, or somewhere on the beach with a good book in hand.


Michael Miller - Director, Business Analytics

Michael focuses on data visualization and insights to help clients manage and optimize their digital presence.

When Michael isn't busy writing SQL queries and building complex business analytics products, he is off the grid. He spends his time rock climbing, backpacking, camping, off-roading, and traveling, and takes photos of it all along the way.


Oscar Braun - Director, Programmatic Media

Oscar develops and executes strategy for brand-focused and performance-driven programmatic campaigns. With over 20 years in the Advertising Technology space he has built expertise in Connected TV, mobile technologies, cross-screen attribution, audience development and DMPs. He has worked on large scale campaigns for Google, HP, Microsoft and nonprofit digital projects with the World Bank and the Development Gateway Foundation. This coupled with experience in programmatic execution, strategy and planning for both the supply and buy side lead him to joining the Vuja De Digital team.


Fernanda Ford - Director, Paid Search Media

Being in love with numbers since elementary school, and discovered marketing at college. She has found her passion in the digital advertising world, a perfect mix of numbers and creation. Graduated from Business Management & Statistics within the top 5% of the class in Chile, 2012. She had the chance to work as a Product Manager and as a Digital Marketing Manager in her new home country here in the US. Fernanda moved to the San Diego, California at the end of 2017 and has been developing her career in Paid Search over the last 2 years.

Some Interesting facts:

  • Her favorite beach is La Jolla Shores

  • Her favorite wine is a Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, especially if it’s from Colchagua Valley (where she grew up).

  • She loves hot yoga and kayaking with her husband

  • She is the oldest of 6 siblings


Aloha - Chief Welcome Greeter (CWG)

Aloha was born in a town outside Belgrade Serbia on July 25, 2017. Her parents were European Champions. Aloha was very feisty and her parents knew they had a problem child on their paws. Aloha knew she wanted a better life and had her sights on America.

Fortunately, she caught the eye from a boxer lover in Del Mar, CA. She sent him YouTube videos showing how well behaved she was and promised to always listen.

At 8 weeks old she flew with her siblings from Sebia to Boston where they would meet their new families. Her siblings stayed on the East Coast while Aloha flew to San Diego with her new owner. She settled in and loved her new home by the beach in Del Mar. She exercises daily. Her daily routine starts normally at the dog park or morning runs on the beach. Aloha then heads to the office after bfast to perform her duties during the day as (CWG). After work, Aloha heads back to the beach for an evening swim in the ocean chasing her ball in the surf.
