The Buffalo Bills will be represented by a chef new to the NFL's biggest game and an alumnus quite familiar with it at a cooking competition this weekend.
The Taste of the NFL Party with a Purpose takes place Feb. 2 at the New Orleans Convention Center, just prior to Super Bowl XLVII. The contest features an entrant from each NFL city in a taste-testing to benefit hunger relief efforts.
Representing Buffalo will be Mike Andrzejewski, the chef at Seabar. He will serve a beef on weck sushi roll and hamachi sashimi.
Each chef is paired with an alum from that city. Representing the Bills will be Hall of Fame finalist Andre Reed, who played in four Super Bowls. Bills Hall of Fame lineman Joe Delamielleure will be there on behalf of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Andrzejewski also runs the Buffalo-area restaurant Tsunami.
