The Buffalo Bills ended the seasons of receiver Donald Jones and linebacker Arthur Moats by placing the two players on injured reserve Tuesday.
Jones has missed two of the last three games with a calf injury. He was listed as going on IR due to non-football/illness, but the team did not elaborate on what landed him on the list. He finished the season with 41 catches for 443 yards and four touchdowns.
Moats injured his ankle during Sunday's loss to Seattle. He played mainly on special teams over the first 14 games of this season, compiling 18 tackles.
The Bills promoted rookie receiver Chris Hogan and rookie linebacker Greg Lloyd from the practice squad to fill the roster spots.
